SCSco Catalyst Department is a group of well skilled technicians all qualified to perform works in inert conditions&confined spaces.
All workers dealing with catalyst replacement are equipped with the best equipment and technologies aiming at protection of their health&life.
It also ensures safe conduct of catalyst unloading and loading works under nitrogen atmosphere.
Our catalyst and reactors service includes unloading of used catalyst with vacuum units,
screening of catalyst into fractions,loading of catalyst by dense loading or sock loading method.
Huge experience and modern equipment base allow us to conduct unloading&loading of catalyst even on the most complex reactors,such as tubular or multi-beds reactors.
During catalyst replacement we also perform auxiliary activities such as pressure drops measurements&all kinds of mechanical and repair works on reactors.

We offer fast vacuum unloading and loading of all kinds of materials and sediments as well as unloading,
